All readings may be canceled and issued a full refund any time before the confirmation email that indicates your reading is being processed for delivery (via your choice of email) is sent to you. Refund is unobtainable after confirmation email is sent or after the delivery is completed.
Videos will be sent via google drive link to be downloaded 14 days from the date it was delivered. All readings are deleted for privacy, safety, and integrity of all Seekers.
Videos may be either in .mp4 or .mov format. Sometimes it may be a different type of format, if it does not work for you, please reach out via contact us page to inquire about any issues you may run into with your video reading.
